Require both girls and boys to be 18 - Arizona, California, Idaho, North Dakota, Oregon, Tennessee, Virginia, Wisconsin. Girls have to be 18 but boys don't in Delawara, Florida, Utah, Washington, Wyoming
However, if you are US citizens and traveling in another country, it is legal to have sex with someone aged 16 or over. However, if the age difference is less than 4 years, in which case the minimum age is 12.for boys, girls 16
