Christine is a British former single seater driver now competes in 2CV saloons in the UK.

8th September 2004 - Christine was at Elvington Airfield practicing for her world record attempt, she achieved an average of 167mph over the timed mile - blindfolded. Another £1,800 is needed to undertake the record attempt.

4th September 2004 - Christine took Stinky along to the Cannock 2CV club meeting which was being filmed for "Men and Motors" to be shown some time in December.

27th - 29th August 2004 - Christine and her husband, Neil, took Stinky along to the 2CV "International" Meeting in Swansea to help promote 2CV Racing in the UK.

15th August 2004 - Christine finished in 11th Place at the Cadwell park Championship spring race despite problems with brakes and handling.

7th August 2004 - Christine went to Abbeville Circuit in France to learn to drive a similar Formula One car to that which will be used for the Land Speed record Challenge.

1st August 2004 - It has been confirmed that Christine will be going to France very soon to learn to drive the Tyrell Formula One car that she will be using for the World Land Speed Record attempt. This is in spite of being far from reaching the charity fund raising target required. More information is one our "World Record" Page.

26th July 2004 - Christine had a torrid time at Brands Hatch but still managed to finish 11th in the championship race.

14th July 2004 - Christine is featured by the Shropshire Star

1st June 2004 - Christine and Team Stinky finished 12th place in the Snetterton 24hr race despite an engine blow up. This means that she is currently joint 6th in the championship.9th

9th June 2004 - Crash.Net have previewed the 2CV 24Hr race.

17th May 2004 - Christine had a problematic weekend at Pembrey, dropping her to 7th in the championship table.

1 May 2004 - Christine has signed up to take part in an attempt on the World Land Speed Record for blindfolded drivers. This is a charity challenge in order to raise money for British Blind Sports. Christine will be driving a 1997 Formula One Tyrell for the challenge in August should enough sponsorship for the charity be raised.

26th April 2004 - Christine had a bad day at Mallory Park, but despite this gained 11th place overall in the race and moves up into joint 5th place in the 2CVparts.com championship.

13th April 2004 - Christine was very competitive at Oulton Park, claiming 7th and 8th places in the two championship races leaving her 6th overall in the 2004 championship.

1st April 2004 - Winter has been spent rebuilding both engines to meet the new cam-shaft regulations. With no budget to carry out formal pre-season testing, the first of the new engines has been run on the road to bed it in.
